All items purchased from glook.in are subject to a shipment contract. This implies that the risk of loss and title for such items transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If a product offered by glook.in is not as described, your sole recourse is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing:

 Unless otherwise indicated, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full product price and international shipping fees, if applicable. With respect to items sold on glook.in, we charge your credit card before shipping starts. If we can’t ship certain products from your order, we’ll notify you electronically and refund the value of the unavailable items. Additional Shipping Fees, if any, will not be refunded.

While we strive for accuracy, some items in our catalog may be mispriced. In such cases:

• If the correct price is lower, we’ll charge the lower amount and ship the item.
• If the correct price is higher, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order.

Please note that this pricing policy applies solely to products sold and shipped by glook.in.

Displayed prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars; your credit card will be billed in your currency based on your bank’s conversion rates on the billing date.

Shipping:

 All orders from Glook are shipped from our New Delhi warehouse to your provided address via UPS. Order processing takes approximately 2 working days, followed by shipping which typically takes 4-6 working days.

Shipping destinations and delivery options may change and expand over time.

We don’t ship backorders; we aim to maintain stock for all items. If a purchased item isn’t available, we’ll inform you within 2 working days and refund your payment for the out-of-stock item.

You can only specify one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship multiple items to different addresses, place separate orders. We can’t deliver to P.O. Box addresses and are not liable for non-delivery due to P.O. Box details.

UPS will attempt delivery 3 times at your specified address. If undeliverable, contact UPS Customer Service with your tracking number.

Duties and Taxes: 

Orders are shipped internationally from our New Delhi warehouse via UPS. Due to international shipping, customs duties and taxes might apply upon shipment arrival in your country. While most orders won’t incur extra fees, we cannot predict or calculate such charges. In cases of additional customs charges, you’re responsible for payment directly to UPS upon delivery. Glook has organized customs clearance with UPS, and you’re required to settle taxes and duties with UPS at the time of delivery.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds: 

If unsatisfied with a purchase, Fabindia will replace the product for free. Returns and exchanges should be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Complete a Returns and Exchanges form available on the website. Upon receipt of returned goods and paperwork, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge or refund the goods’ cost to your credit card. Shipping charges won’t be refunded, and you’re responsible for return shipping costs to the US return address.

Sizing: Fit varies depending on the garment’s cut, fabric, and style. Some items have a relaxed fit, while others are more fitted. Refer to our sizing guide to choose the suitable size.

Product Properties and Care: 

Our products are handcrafted using natural fibers, leading to color, texture, and finish variations. Crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, wood block printing, and embroidery are employed. Vegetable and commercial dyes are used, aiming to minimize environmental impact. Irregularities in weave or print are inherent in handloom products. Color accuracy depends on your monitor.

Wash like colors together, dry inside out in the shade. Silks should only be dry cleaned.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Glook and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from site use.

Applicable Law: 

By visiting glook.in, you consent to Indian law and jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court governing these Terms of Use and any arising disputes.

Disputes: Disputes related to your visit or product purchases shall be subject to confidential arbitration in New Delhi, except for intellectual property violations. In such cases, Glook may seek relief in Indian or international courts. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Arbitration adheres to the Indian Arbitration Act. No arbitration under this Agreement can involve parties not subject to it.

Site Policies, Modifications, and Severability: Review our site policies, such as pricing, which apply to your visit. We reserve the right to change site content, policies, and these terms. If any term is deemed invalid, it doesn’t affect remaining terms.

4. Glook may modify terms without notice; disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
